Do I have to be in the Pacific Northwest?

Nope. We're based in Portland but we serve businesses anywhere in the US. Our name is a holdover from 1996.

Can I actually buy online without talking to anyone?

Yes. That's the whole point of the site. Pick a plan, pick phones, check out. A human reviews the port but you never need to be on a call.

How fast does a port actually take?

Most ports complete within about 10 business days. Your existing line stays live the whole time, and number porting is a one-time $3 fee per number.

Will I get stuck in a 3-year contract?

Our launch plans are Intermedia Unite Essentials and Intermedia Unite Pro. We'll make pricing, taxes, fees, and hardware details obvious before you submit.

What if I'm technical and want to talk to a technical person?

Say so in the message form and we'll route you directly. Our engineering lead picks up provisioning and SIP trunk questions personally.

Do you resell for other carriers?

We're the support layer on top of Intermedia Unite. You get a real carrier with PNW Telco as your provisioning, porting, and human-support partner.
